INITIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION
+ Meet with you at your property for an on-site creative meeting.
+ Go through your wish list for both hard and soft scapes.
+ Clarify the direction and point of view to be created.
CREATING PROJECT VISION
+ Crafted in sync with the home’s architecture, client desires, and our landscape design proficiency.
+ The most essential period of the design process, taking between two to four weeks.
+ Design fee is charged for this phase.
DESIGN PRESENTATION AND REVIEW
+ Initial draft of design layout and board are presented.
+ Client shares their feedback to be incorporated into the design.
+ If client approves, we move forward with cost estimates.
SECOND PASS REVISION
+ If needed, another week or so to refine the proposal.
+ Final review of design elements.
+ Client’s approval to move forward with cost estimates.
PROJECT COST ESTIMATE
+ Bids are pulled and budget is presented for client approval.
+ Timing here is usually about one week.
CLIENT APPROVAL
+ Client approves project financials.
+ Payment schedule is determined and authorized.
+ Materials are ordered and installation is scheduled.
INSTALLATION
+ We project manage and oversee every step of this process.
+ Daily review of client satisfaction, progress, timelines, and design.
FINAL PROJECT REVIEW
+ Walk through all renovated property areas.
+ Garden maintenance and care notes.
+ You are now living well! Celebration is in order!
